1. Cheese

5. Cranberries
The Journal of Caries Research states, cranberries have good polyphenol content to prevent plaque from occurring in human teeth. In addition, foods for dental health can also reduce the risk of cavities if consumed with the right dose. Per day, it is recommended to consume 40-50 grams of cranberries.
